Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business required.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial markets.
• Travel 30–50% is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year business plan for Gates’ food and beverage markets in the US and Canada.
• Coordinate sales efforts across the Power Transmission product portfolio.
• Engage stakeholders across plant management, operations, maintenance, engineering, and sourcing to drive opportunities and approvals.
• Translate market insights into product, engineering, and commercial strategies.
