Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Gather and follow customer requirements during the initial call.
• Enter data accurately and record unit location.
• Ensure billing information is communicated to service provider.
• Process estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with roadside dispatcher when issues arise.
• Manage time to complete tasks within deadlines.
