Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end‑to‑end migration projects for federal, state, and local government customers into RelativityOne. You will partner with engineering to define tooling requirements while engaging FOIA agencies to execute secure migrations.

This role requires FedRAMP familiarity, FIPS 140-3, NIST framework knowledge, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Remote/hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, information management, or related field.
• Proven experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering for structured/semi-structured data.
• Strong SQL skills and data transformation experience (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Able to obtain Public Trust clearance; prior clearance preferred.
• Product owner or technical lead experience; ability to drive iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical point of contact across migration lifecycle with customers.
• Troubleshoot migration issues with engineering and ensure data security and accuracy.
• Own backlog for Data Migration Utility; write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
• Deliver tailored FOIA guidance and develop repeatable migration playbooks.
