Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide data onboarding, migration, and management for FOIA data in RelativityOne across federal, state, and local government customers. The role blends hands-on migration work with technical leadership, focusing on security, compliance, and customer enablement.

Responsibilities include defining tooling requirements with engineering, engaging FOIA agencies throughout migrations, and ensuring adherence to FedRAMP, FIPS, and NIST

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering.
• SQL knowledge and data transformation scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical concepts for government stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for new government customers into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as the primary technical contact across the migration lifecycle for FOIA agency customers.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies with engineering.
• Own data migration tooling backlog and SME for the Data Migration Utility.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and best practices.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field
