Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migrations for government FOIA customers onto RelativityOne. This remote/hybrid role blends hands-on data migration with technical leadership, shaping tooling requirements and coordinating with engineering and client teams to ensure secure, accurate migrations.

You will manage data mapping, validation, and cutover strategies, while applying FedRAMP, NIST, and FIPS controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated environments.
• Data migration and data engineering experience across structured/semi-structured data.
• SQL and data querying/transformation with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead with backlog and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for government agencies into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
• Be the technical point of contact across migration lifecycles with agency customers.
• Troubleshoot data issues and collaborate with engineering on resolutions.
• Document tooling, configurations, and migration best practices.
