Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government agencies on RelativityOne. You will partner with engineering to define tooling requirements, while engaging FOIA agencies to execute migrations and ensure secure data handling under FedRAMP authorization.

The role requires government-domain experience, strong data engineering skills, and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with government agencies or regulated industries in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, incl. designing/executing migrations of structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; experience with Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving iterative delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US candidate).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for RelativityOne customers, ensuring secure, accurate, efficient onboarding.
• Develop and execute migration plans: data mapping, validation, transformation logic, cutover strategies for agencies.
• Serve as primary technical contact across migration lifecycle with FOIA agency customers.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and data anomalies with engineering collaboration.
• Drive backlog for Data Migration Utility; write user stories, acceptance criteria, specs, and test features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
• Enable FOIA gov customers with tailored migration guidance and repeatable playbooks.
• Represent government data handling requirements and compliance considerations internally.
