Job summary

Relativity is seeking an FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government agencies into RelativityOne. You will define tooling requirements, partner with engineering, and serve as the technical contact throughout the migration lifecycle.

The role requires familiarity with FedRAMP, FIPS 140-3, NIST frameworks, and Public Trust clearance. You will enable FOIA customer success and continuously improve migration processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated industries in a technical/consulting role.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with structured data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Previous product owner or technical lead experience; able to capture requirements and drive delivery.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations to RelativityOne for government customers.
• Develop migration plans with mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies.
• Serve as primary technical contact throughout migration lifecycle with customers.
• Troubleshoot data, migration, and integration issues with engineering.
• Act as SME and backlog driver for Data Migration Utility; write user stories and specs.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Apply FOIA governance knowledge to tailor migration guidance for agencies.
• Collaborate with TAM and Customer Success to onboard new FOIA customers.
• Represent customer needs to internal teams and inform product decisions.
• Document runbooks and continuously improve migration methodologies.
