Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for federal, state, and local agencies within RelativityOne. You will partner with engineering to define tooling requirements and engage FOIA customers across the lifecycle.

You will work in a remote/hybrid setting and must meet FedRAMP/security expectations, including Public Trust clearance. Strong data migration, SQL, Python, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Information Management, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience working with government agencies, public-sector or regulated customers in a technical/consulting capacity.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering, including migrations of structured/semi-structured data.
• SQL knowledge and data querying/transforming experience; hands-on with Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain technical concepts to government stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, capturing requirements and driving delivery.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust designation; candidates with active clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects for new FOIA customers and government agencies, ensuring accurate, secure, and efficient migration into RelativityOne.
• Develop and execute migration plans including data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and cutover strategies tailored to agency requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for FOIA agency customers across the migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, data anomalies, and integration challenges with engineering.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs; test and validate new utility features; document capabilities.
