Job summary

The FMS Business Team Specialist develops, trains, and advises North American Business Teams and Regional FMS teams in delivering Farm Management Support services. This role strengthens capabilities by creating tools, resources, and standardized processes to support the full Lely portfolio.

The position collaborates with Sales, Technical Service Support, Aftermarket Solutions, and regional/global teams to identify opportunities, gather field feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dairy science or related field.
• Five years of dairy industry consulting or advisory experience.
• Experience with robotic dairy operations and herd management systems.
• Experience delivering training and educational programs.
• Ability to translate dairy performance data into practical recommendations.
• Collaborates effectively across business and regional teams.
• Spanish-language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen FMS tools, resources, training programs, compliance activities, and standardized ways of working across North America.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the Lely portfolio and support best practices in Digital Farming, Feeding, Manure, and Milking.
• Train, coach, and advise Lely Centers and Regional FMS teams to deliver Farm Management Support services.
• Guide the adoption of robotic farming solutions by centers and customers.
• Develop and facilitate training programs, workshops, webinars, site visits, and other educational opportunities.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt North American strategies, tools, and content.
