Mains’l Services is seeking a Lead Operations Specialist to join our FMS team in a role that mentors staff and ensures accurate, timely financial and operational processes. You will respond to external complaints, resolve questions, and identify improvement opportunities across policy and systems.

The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration with internal departments, and strict attention to detail within a remote/hybrid setup in Brooklyn Park, MN. A college degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with financial management systems and detailed recordkeeping.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• College degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and train FMS team members, guiding policies, systems and day-to-day questions.
• Collaborate with FMS and internal departments to implement best practices.
• Audit spending plans and authorizations; provide follow-up on issues.
• Audit participant and employee files for completeness and accuracy.
• Deliver Regional Center authorizations to Billing and FMS Support.
• Review timesheets, payroll reports, and spending summaries to correct errors.
• Serve as a resource to participants and stakeholders regarding DDS changes.
• Act as first contact for external complaints and escalate when needed.
• Support a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
