The position requires building strong relationships, coaching staff, and guiding process improvements while travel of 30–40% annually to support Lely Centers and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in technical services or related field.
• Experience leading and developing team members is preferred.
• Proficiency with PC networking, cloud-based systems, IoT, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American TSS teams, manage performance and development.
• Partner with Director to align priorities with company strategy and dealer development.
