Job summary

LandMark Implement, Inc. is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to support the dealership and customers with John Deere FarmSight technologies. You will train staff and customers, promote integrated solutions, and ensure uptime and effective use of AMS equipment and services.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and willingness to travel for training and customer visits. You will collaborate with multiple departments to optimize products and revenue.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in an agriculture-related field.
• Ability to lead and work with others.
• Solutions-oriented approach to customer needs.
• Clear email communication.

• Willingness to travel to other stores/trainings.
• Ability to present to groups and train others.
• Familiar with John Deere products or competitive products.

Responsibilities

• Become the product expert on equipment and FarmSight services.
• Optimize products through adjustments and recommendations.
• Train customers and employees on technology and data transfer.
• Support JD Link setup, training, and uptime for customers.
• Lead content delivery at clinics, expos, and events.
• Provide proactive follow-up and issue resolution with customers.
