Job summary

Lely seeks a Farm Management Support (FMS) Business Team Specialist to train, advise, and strengthen North American FMS capabilities. The role focuses on developing tools, resources, and standardized practices to support the full Lely portfolio across Digital Farming, Feeding, Manure, and Milking.

You will collaborate with Sales, Technical Service Support, Aftermarket Solutions, and Regional FMS teams to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement, with travel about 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dairy-related field; plus relevant experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in dairy industry consulting, advisory, training, or Farm Management Support services.
• Experience with robotic dairy operations and farm/herd management systems.
• Experience delivering training and educational programs to varied audiences.
• Experience translating technical insights into practical recommendations.
• Spanish-language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen FMS tools, resources, and training programs across North America.
• Serve as SME on the Lely portfolio and promote best practices for Digital Farming, Feeding, Manure, Milking.
• Train and advise Lely Centers and Regional FMS teams to deliver services and optimize outcomes.
• Support adoption of robotic farming solutions and guide customers through automation transitions.
• Create and deliver training workshops, webinars, site visits, and other educational events.
• Develop train-the-trainer capabilities to boost knowledge transfer within the Lely network.
• Collaborate with global teams to adapt North American strategies and content.
• Build relationships with industry stakeholders and partners.
