Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a field sales professional to drive growth across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. You will call on academic, pharmaceutical, biotech, industrial, and hospital accounts, selling flow cytometry hardware and consumables to meet territory targets.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and offers the flexibility of remote work within the U.S. with travel up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Must live in the greater Philadelphia area.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with 5+ years' experience OR Master's degree with 1+ years' experience.
• Solid understanding of tactical sales skills (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and growing existing customers) and knowledge of flow cytometry equipment.
• Highly motivated, success driven, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time and territory management habits.

Responsibilities

• Selling flow cytometry hardware to quotas assigned.
• Selling consumables to quotas assigned.
• Management of assigned territory accounts.
• Searching out new and competitive business and developing programs to expand our influence and presence.
