Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Field Applications Scientist in Flow Cytometry to support research and diagnostic applications across a broad customer base in the Western North America region, with Minneapolis preferred. This role requires deep expertise in flow cytometry and strong customer-facing skills.

You will travel up to 85% within the territory (MN, SD, ND, WI, IA), assisting customers, conducting live demonstrations, and enabling rapid deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related life science discipline.
• 5+ years of flow cytometry experience in a clinical setting including spectral flow cytometry.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills and ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive achievement of annual financial targets within the assigned territory.
• Promote and demonstrate Beckman Coulter flow cytometry hardware, software, and consumables through effective solution demonstrations.
• Provide scientific and technical support for instruments, reagents, and integrated systems throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead on-time implementation, including on-site customer training and solution deployment.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive support and relationship management.
