Equip is seeking a Float Therapist to provide cross-state teletherapy coverage, ensuring continuity of care across a national patient community. The role requires multi-state licensure and evening hours to support patients in different time zones.

You will deliver evidence-based therapies (FBT, CBT, ACT) via telehealth, document in the EMR, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining high patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted state license allowing independent clinical practice.
• Active interstate licensure authorizations (PSYPACT) enabling practice across 30+ states.
• Experience with eating disorders in treatment settings.
• Ability to maintain 3–4 late evening shifts per week (6pm PST).
• Experience delivering evidence-based modalities via telehealth (FBT, CBT, ACT).
• Proficiency with EMR systems and digital telehealth platforms.

Mansioni

• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth during clinician absences or surge periods.
• Maintain availability for 3–4 late evening shifts per week to accommodate multiple time zones.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, triage, risk management, and crisis interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care handoffs.
• Deliver accurate clinical documentation and patient messaging in the EMR.
• Attend mandatory supervision, meetings, and trainings; adhere to care delivery standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
