WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Coordinator for its Austin, Texas operations (PCI sector). The role supports fleet administration, vehicle maintenance, and driver safety, with remote work possible and travel expected up to 12 weeks annually.

This position interfaces with field personnel, fleet management and external vendors to keep vehicles ready and compliant. You will coordinate with maintenance vendors, monitor telematics, coach drivers on safety, and manage field equipment and gear

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in field services or technical site support.
• Strong organizational, documentation and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Experience operating ½‑ton and ¾‑ton pickups.
• Willingness to travel ~12 weeks/year.

Responsabilidades

• Administer fleet paperwork, vehicle assignments and driver eligibility per policies.
• Maintain vehicle and fleet documentation and records.
• Coordinate with maintenance vendors; ensure repairs are completed timely.
• Monitor telematics devices and coach drivers on safety practices.
• Distribute field gear and manage inventory for operations.
• Support drivers and field personnel with fleet apps and telematics tools.
