Job summary

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Tucson to provide day-to-day administrative and operational coordination for vehicles assigned to and supporting the contract.

You will maintain vehicle accountability, schedule maintenance and inspections, and liaise with vendors to address fleet issues. Under the Program Manager, you will be the primary contact for vehicle status, documentation, and vendor follow-up, identifying and escalating issues that may affect safety,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years in fleet coordination or related field.
• Experience maintaining vehicle records and scheduling service.
• Proficient with Excel and cloud productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accountability for all vehicles assigned to the contract.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other fleet requirements.
• Serve as liaison with vehicle leasing vendor for assignments, availability, maintenance, repairs, inspections, replacements.
• Communicate vehicle deficiencies and service requirements to leasing vendor.
• Monitor vehicle availability to support scheduled transportation missions.
• Maintain records of vehicle assignments, inspections, maintenance, and service history.
• Present records and participate in DOT/FMCSA audits.
• Monitor fleet operations for safety, reliability, fuel efficiency, and cost.
• Ensure vehicles comply with laws, policies, and contract requirements.
• Identify vehicle needs affecting operations.
• Advise Program Manager on fleet maintenance, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with operations on vehicle issues and transportation requirements.
• Assist with addressing vehicle incidents to minimize disruption.
