Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking an operational lead to oversee fleet operations supporting field personnel and sample orders, while driving escalation handling, reporting, and vendor coordination.

You will manage fleet vendors, monitor vehicle lifecycle, maintain dashboards and performance metrics, and serve as the primary operations contact for field staff, ensuring timely, compliant service and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of fleet management, vendor management, or operational experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet vendors and day-to-day fleet operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Support vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance, utilization, and driver experience.
• Maintain fleet reporting, scorecards, policies, and communications.
• Coordinate sample escalations and ad hoc sample orders.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support audit requests, documentation, and operational issue resolution.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for field personnel on fleet-related matters.
• Provide timely support for fleet inquiries, issue resolution, and operational requests
• Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and stakeholder feedback
