Responsibilities

Manage fleet vendors and day-to-day fleet operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Support vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance, utilization, and driver experience.
Maintain fleet reporting, scorecards, policies, and communications.
Coordinate sample escalations and ad hoc sample orders.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
Support audit requests, documentation, and operational issue resolution.
Serve as a primary operational contact for field personnel on fleet-related matters.
Provide timely support for fleet inquiries, issue resolution, and operational requests.
Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and stakeholder feedback.
