Job summary

This remote, full-time role requires a Bachelors degree and at least 3 years in fleet or operational management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The compensation range is substantial with incentives, reflecting the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3 years of fleet management, vendor management, or operational experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet vendors and day-to-day fleet operations to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Support vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance, utilization, and driver experience.
• Maintain fleet reporting, scorecards, policies, and communications.
• Coordinate sample escalations and ad hoc sample orders.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support audit requests, documentation, and operational issue resolution.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for field personnel on fleet-related matters.
• Provide timely support for fleet inquiries, issue resolution, and operational requests
• Recommend process improvements based on operational trends and stakeholder feedback
