Job summary

Contexture is seeking a Fleet & Operations Admin Manager to join our Operations team. This remote role supports fleet management across multiple regions, coordinating vehicle maintenance, expense tracking, and related administrative tasks.

Reporting to the COO, you will oversee 30–50 vehicles, manage the operating budget, arrange installer travel, and develop SOPs for fleet and travel processes. We value hands-on problem solving, strong organization, and flexible hours for after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a fleet and vehicle maintenance.
• 2+ years of administrative support experience.
• Experience managing an operating budget and tracking expenses.
• Ability to improve processes and control costs.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Flexible hours for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Own fleet management of 30–50 vehicles and related systems.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle records and renew registrations.
• Manage the fleet budget and reconcile expenses monthly.
• Coordinate installer travel and changes.
• Support field teams with scheduling and onboarding.
• Develop SOPs for fleet, travel, and systems.
