Qualifications

• Oversee MMC routes and coordinate route planning adjustments.
• Coordinate events requiring transportation and track holidays affecting travel.
• Assist with travel arrangements and general operations logistics.
• Review ELDs, drive times, and routing for DOT compliance.
• Raise concerns on HOS and route compliance to leadership.
• Verify and document safety equipment and DOT/Leidos documentation.
• Submit AED verifications to Fleet Supervisor and Biomed team.
• Support quarterly signage reviews across MMC units.
• Track financial records, generate spreadsheets, and pull reports.
• Audit data integrity, verify MCO Console status, and compute mileage.
• Lead driver meetings and participate in routing, weather, and safety calls.
• Deliver pass-down reports after weekend coverage.
• Coordinate with Corporate Security on route concerns.
• Assist training and onboarding of new hires.
• Travel up to 60% as required by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed pass-down reports after weekend coverage.
