Ford Pro Fleet Management is seeking a Fleet Admin Partner to support onboarding, reporting, and data integration across multiple customer systems. You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth operation and data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet management, strong Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), and clear communication skills in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly role with potential for field work in Dearborn, MI.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of proven experience in fleet management.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new fleet customers, set up and train on initial product features.
• Execute day-to-day requests from internal teams and account managers.
• Manage exceptions to ensure processes are followed and resolved.
