Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Equipment Subject Matter Expert in a remote role based in Michigan. You will serve as the primary client interface for fleet management, driving program execution, compliance, and performance reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will manage fleet data, schedules, and procurement processes, aligning with safety regulations and corporate standards to optimize mobile equipment operations for client accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management operations and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of mobile equipment fleet operations and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ANSI/OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience managing approval processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in database management and fleet management information systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and leadership reporting.
• Proven track record of driving process adherence while maintaining operational agility.
• Experience with safety incident management, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and elevate risks appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client relationship and serve as the primary interface for assigned business segments.
• Coordinate work and approvals between internal and external groups to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Provide regular dashboard or presentation reporting to client and account leadership on project and program performance.
• Drive adherence to established processes while meeting dynamic business needs and managing risks.
• Monitor and ensure fleet operations comply with client policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain electronic databases of sales, inventory, inspections, and maintenance within fleet systems.
