Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Equipment Subject Matter Expert to manage client relationships and optimize fleet operations. Remote role based in Michigan with full-time responsibilities, reporting to Operations Management.

You will oversee fleet databases, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional approvals to deliver exceptional service for assigned business segments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management operations.
• Strong understanding of mobile equipment fleet operations and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (ANSI/OSHA).
• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional approvals and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationship as the primary interface for the fleet program.
• Drive program execution and compliance with safety regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain and monitor fleet data in management systems and prepare dashboards/reports.
