JLL in the United States remote Detroit area seeks a Mobile Equipment Subject Matter Expert to manage fleet relationships and coordinate cross-functional delivery. This role focuses on optimizing fleet operations while maintaining client-focused service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management operations and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile equipment fleet operations and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of ANSI/OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing approvals.
• Proficiency in database management and fleet management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting requirements and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for reporting.
• Proven track record of process adherence with agility.
• Experience with safety incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and elevate risks.

Responsabilités

• Lead client relationships and act as primary interface for segments.
• Deliver regular dashboard or reporting to client and leadership.
• Ensure safety and compliance across corporate, client, state and local regs.
• Maintain fleet databases and oversee procurement and maintenance scheduling.
• Forecast usage trends and plan equipment replacements.
