Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in fleet management operations and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of mobile equipment fleet operations and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ANSI/OSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ability to establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Experience managing approval processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in database management and fleet management information systems.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast requirements and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and leadership reporting.
• Proven track record of driving process adherence while maintaining operational agility.
• Experience with safety incident management, root cause analysis, and preventative measures.

Aufgaben

• Lead the client relationship and serve as the primary interface for assigned business segments and initiatives.
• Establish a Trusted Advisor relationship with client counterparts as a subject matter expert in fleet management operations.
• Coordinate work and approvals between internal and external groups to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Provide regular dashboard or presentation reporting to client and account leadership on project performance.
• Drive adherence to processes and manage the approval flow for projects while elevating risks when needed.
• Maintain fleet databases and ensure 100% on-time completion of preventative maintenance per policy.
