Job summary

JLL seeks a Mobile Equipment Subject Matter Expert to manage fleet operations, relationships, and program execution for assigned client segments. This role emphasizes trusted advisor relations, safety compliance, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will maintain fleet databases, forecast usage trends, oversee preventative maintenance, and lead procurement and replacements in line with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fleet management operations
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of ANSI/OSHA safety standards
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Experience with database management
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as primary interface for assigned segments.
• Coordinate approvals between internal and external groups to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Ensure fleet safety compliance with regulations and standards.
• Maintain fleet databases and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Forecast usage trends and support procurement decisions.
