Job summary

MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure seeks a Fleet Manager to lead procurement, scheduling, and financial analysis of owned, rented, and leased equipment. You will drive fleet policy development, SOPs, and risk management while collaborating with project teams to optimize utilization and stay on budget.

You will oversee vendor negotiations, travel planning, and CapEx recommendations, ensuring compliance with safety policies and internal procedures across multiple regional offices.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with construction software and estimation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet management staff in procurement, scheduling and asset management.
• Write and implement policies and SOPs for fleet management.
• Promote and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
• Provide financial analysis on equipment fleet for CapEx decisions.
• Negotiate with vendors to rent, lease or purchase equipment assets.
