Job summary

MasTec Power Delivery is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to support field operations by tracking asset ownership, rental equipment, and cross‑utilization across the region. You will manage financial data entry and ensure accurate billing and reporting.

This role requires 3–5 years in accounting or fleet/logistics, strong MS Excel and Power BI skills, and familiarity with ERP systems; you will work with the Fleet Asset Team under supervision.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting, fleet, procurement, or logistics experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of transmission, distribution, and substation construction equipment is highly desirable.
• MS Excel and Power BI proficiency required.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Vista Viewpoint, JD Edwards or Oracle Fusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment rentals and asset transfers; ensure correct billing rates in ERP.
• Code third party vendor invoices to the correct GL accounts.
• Generate purchase orders for rental options and shop equipment.
• Prepare documentation for asset acquisitions and disposals.
• Assist Fleet leadership with end-of-month financial close.
• Review and report on fleet internal charge-back P&L.
• Assist in fuel management administration.
• Identify asset right-sizing opportunities for Fleet managers.
