Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an Equipment Support Manager to lead financial governance and billing integrity across equipment operations. You will ensure accurate cost allocation, drive data reliability, and push performance against Equipment Support KPIs that affect project cost and execution.

The role can be located at any MasTec office locations with remote-based arrangements possible based on experience, and travel to field sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel (lookup, pivots, data cleaning) and ERP/Telematics expertise.
• Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce billing accuracy standards, accrual precision, and cost-coding compliance.
• Provide strategic direction to Equipment Support team, ensuring consistency across projects.
• Lead initiatives to improve data reliability within the ERP system.
• Partner with cross-functional departments or vendors to optimize Equipment processes.
• Oversee the month-end rental accrual process and insurance allocation.
• Own and support equipment utilization and spend reporting.
• Serve as liaison between cross-functional departments.
• Monitor insurance allocation and safety documentation to mitigate risk.
• Monitor team volume and reassign tasks to meet KPIs.
• Own full lifecycle of team’s talent, from interviews to offboarding.
• Identify training needs and drive accountability.
• Manage annual performance reviews and set measurable goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
