Job summary

Ron Turley Associates LLC is seeking an Account Executive to drive fleet software sales nationwide. The role focuses on demos, outbound outreach, and closing deals with government and fleet clients. The SDR team will schedule, while you own opportunities and nurture relationships to revenue.

You’ll be based remotely in the United States with some travel to Arizona HQs as needed. Base salary is $70,000–$80,000 plus commissions, with a full-time exempt position.

Qualifications

• At least two years of fleet, government, or FMIS sales experience.
• Experience selling to fleets or government organizations (ideally both).
• Ability to own opportunities through the full sales process and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct demos of RTA Fleet Management Software for Government, Waste, Schools, Transit, Transportation, and other fleets.
• Own opportunities through the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Support customers during the first 13 months to drive upgrades and renewals.
