Ron Turley Associates LLC is seeking an Account Executive to speak fleet, win government and fleet sales, and build relationships that convert opportunities into customers. Expect ~75% demos and 25% outbound work as part of a remote, full-time role.

Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 plus commissions; occasional travel to Glendale, AZ may be required. You’ll join a team that serves fleets, schools, and public services, helping them stay productive and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years selling to fleets, government, or FMIS.
• Top performer ready to stay top and drive results.
• Able to balance demos, outreach, and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform demos of RTA Fleet Management Software for Government, Waste, Schools, Transit, Transportation, and other fleets.
• Own opportunities through the sales process, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support customers through the first year to facilitate upgrades and renewals.
• Engage new prospects using social selling and ABM techniques.
