Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent in startup, SaaS, AI, developer-tools, or related fields.
• Experience hiring software engineers, ML engineers, researchers, product managers, designers, or similar roles.
• Strong sourcing instincts with a track record of building pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate candidates beyond resumes and keywords.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Design, and Research.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and interview loops.
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals.
• Develop conviction around candidate quality through structured assessment.
• Create exceptional candidate experiences from first contact to close.
• Improve recruiting systems and tooling to raise quality and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and future hiring needs.
• Refine how Roboflow attracts, evaluates, and hires technical talent.
• Take ownership of recruiting initiatives aligned with your strengths.
