Roboflow, Inc. in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to orchestrate a fast, thoughtful hiring process across multiple teams. You will schedule interviews, coordinate with People Ops and hiring managers, and manage candidate data in Ashby to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes organization, ownership, and clear communication, with open compensation guidance and a relocation/travel stipend. Roboflow supports a distributed team and a strong equity package.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage many moving pieces.
• Comfortable working across calendars, time zones, and shifting priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Own interview coordination across priority searches, including scheduling, rescheduling, calendar logistics, interviewer reminders, candidate communications, and follow ups
• Create a polished, responsive, and thoughtful candidate experience from first interview through final stage
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and external search partners to keep active searches organized and moving quickly
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, stage, and interview data in Ashby
• Help prepare interview plans, candidate packets, scorecard reminders, hiring manager updates, and weekly search health materials
• Track recruiting process blockers, delayed feedback, scheduling issues, and next steps
• Support weekly search health meetings by helping prepare agendas, notes, action items, and follow ups
• Help create and improve recruiting workflows, templates, checklists, documentation, and reporting
• Support offer and onboarding logistics in partnership with the People team as needed
• Serve as a trusted operational partner to candidates, interviewers, recruiters, hiring managers, and company leaders
