Qualifications

• At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional roles across business functions.
• Track record of engaging passive candidates via outreach and LinkedIn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple openings.
• Clear communication with candidates and hiring managers with evidence-based recommendations.
• Proactive approach to difficult searches and timely follow-through.
• Experience using an ATS; Greenhouse preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack; willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple searches from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success and interview criteria.
• Build sourcing plans and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals.
• Write personalized outreach and maintain candidate relationships.
• Conduct structured phone and video screens and share recommendations.
• Keep interviews moving and address delays to protect timelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and provide pipeline updates.
• Use recruiting data and feedback to adjust searches.
• Guide candidates through offer discussions and onboarding.
• Leverage AI/automation to reduce repetitive work while applying judgment.
