Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting experience in technical domains such as Engineering or Data Science.
• Proven track record of closing high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and non-traditional channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, owning intake, sourcing, assessment, debriefs, and final close.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies and nurture campaigns to engage passive, top-tier talent.
• Design and maintain AI-assisted recruiting workflows that reduce manual effort while keeping recruiters accountable.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to calibrate profiles and influence decisions.
• Lead structured, competency-based evaluations producing well-documented hiring outcomes.
• Analyze funnel and recruiting data to diagnose bottlenecks and improve speed and quality of hire.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience and own offer strategy and negotiations.
