Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment tools and databases.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment and scaling processes.
• Ability to partner with business and tech experts on interview processes.
• Knowledge of IT domains, languages, frameworks, and software lifecycle.
• Fluent in Russian and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and TA reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan hiring and search strategy.
• Guide and educate hiring managers throughout the process.
• Manage passive and active sourcing across channels.
• Screen candidates and organize interviews.
• Provide updates and feedback to candidates within 1 week.
• Own and improve recruiting processes; track metrics and OKRs.
• Train managers in interview methods; build cross-department framework.
• Participate in employer branding and external presence.
• Organize reference checks.
