Qualifications

• Senior-level operations experience (5+ years) in operations or product operations, owning production environments.
• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience with assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows.
• Proven track record of creating new processes where no playbook exists.

Job description

• Own product configuration in production — active features, available assets and flows, operational parameters and limits — and keep it consistent, visible, and traceable at all times.
• Coordinate deployments and releases — decide where and when capabilities are activated, confirm operational readiness before go-live, and bridge the gap between product delivery and real usage.
• Monitor operational health — track transaction performance, configuration correctness, and asset/feature availability; detect anomalies early and escalate to the right team with a clear read on business impact.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience (5+ years) in operations, product operations, or a comparable operational role — you've owned a production environment before, not just supported one.
• Hands-on crypto or blockchain industry experience required — you understand how crypto assets, wallets, transactions, and custody flows work in practice.
• A track record of building processes where none existed — you don't wait for a playbook, you write the first one.
