Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product and data teams. You will build diverse talent pipelines, advise on strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience across the hiring journey.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, source proactively, and move candidates efficiently while maintaining high standards of candidate experience and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred).
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates via LinkedIn and referrals.
• Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment with emphasis on speed, quality, and collaboration.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on great candidate experience.
• Eager to develop recruitment skills and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offers.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data leaders to understand team needs and strategies.
• Proactively source candidates and maintain a talent pipeline via networking and direct outreach.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teammates to align on hiring goals.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices to support diversity goals.
• Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.
