Job summary

Lexia Informatics Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to lead growth and expansion within influential K-12 districts in the United States, particularly in Southeast Florida.

You will partner with superintendents, curriculum leaders, and literacy champions to drive measurable reading outcomes at scale. As the executive face of Lexia across a focused portfolio, you will shape territory strategy, open doors with district leaders, forecast opportunities, and navigate multi-stakeholder

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of business development and account management.
Experience selling into large Pre‑K to 12 schools and/or school districts preferred.
Knowledge of education funding and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

Lead consultative engagements with senior education leaders, tailoring messaging to district challenges.
Develop strategic proposals and multi-year implementation plans in collaboration with internal teams.
Forecast and manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce.
Travel 50-75% within the assigned territory, including Southeast Florida.
