Job summary

Relish, now part of Eftsure, is expanding its Solutions Consultant team to help customers understand how Relish can solve complex challenges across supplier onboarding, payment validation and the broader Source-to-Pay lifecycle. You’ll work closely with sales to tailor product demonstrations and translate client needs into actionable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience within Source-to-Pay, procurement, supplier management, payment validation or a closely related environment.
• Confidence speaking with prospects and customers and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience within enterprise software or technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Problem Solving: understand environments and uncover challenges across onboarding, validation and Source-to-Pay processes.
• Solution Consulting: translate requirements into practical solutions and demonstrate Relish fits their ecosystem.
• Tailored Product Demonstrations: build and deliver compelling demos reflecting each prospect’s processes and priorities.
• Deal Support: assist opportunities through the sales cycle including RFPs and RFIs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Product and Delivery to ensure smooth transitions to implementation.
