Job summary

WorkWave is seeking a driven Account Manager to navigate our Field Service software, perform online demonstrations, and meet a monthly quota. This inside sales role emphasizes strong consultative skills and strategic account growth.

You will educate customers on how our solutions impact performance, deliver tailored demonstrations, and manage a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets in a remote-first setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to act independently, multi-task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously.
• Experience driving a sales pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic QBRs to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long-term success.
