Job summary

WorkWave, a global remote-first software company, is seeking an Account Executive to focus on small and growing Pest and Lawn service businesses. The role manages the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a hunter mentality and targets for weekly KPIs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
• Must be within a commutable distance to the Holmdel, NJ office.

Responsibilities

• Learn quickly and understand our platform and its value for small, growing Pest and Lawn service businesses.
• Lead online demos that excite stakeholders and drive growth.
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing with a hunter mentality.
• Master the sales process from discovery to proof of concept to create a seamless experience.
• Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to build forecasts and a strong pipeline.
• Hit weekly KPIs and close deals every week to exceed quota.
