Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with senior platform leadership.
• Deep IAM expertise across multiple identity domains and services.
• Production Go experience and distributed systems design on AWS.
• Ability to translate audit/regulatory requirements into automated controls.
• Strong communication for executive audiences and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year IAM technical strategy across platforms and pods.
• Set architecture standards and integration contracts for 700+ systems.
• Drive adoption strategies and migrations across teams and products.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance, IT, and product leadership to automate controls.
• Mentor staff and seniors to deepen identity as a domain.
• Balance build vs. buy decisions to optimize security and efficiency.
