• Deep IAM expertise in workforce, authorization, access lifecycle, or non-human identities.
• Production Go experience and distributed systems design on AWS; familiarity with identity protocols.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year IAM technical strategy and architecture across pods and teams.
• Define adoption strategies for 700+ systems, including migration paths and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Translate audit/regulatory requirements into automated controls and evidence generation.
• Mentor staff and senior engineers to raise depth in identity as a domain.
