Job summary

Akoya is seeking a Solution Architect who serves as the technical bridge between our network and customers building on it. You will engage from pre-sales through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support, working hands-on with customer engineering teams to demonstrate the product, scope integrations, and troubleshoot API issues.

This highly technical, customer-facing role requires deep API and security expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to translate complex concepts for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
10+ years in a client-facing role.
4–6 years of hands-on technical/design experience.
Deep knowledge of RESTful JSON APIs, including design and testing.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical resource for prospective and new Akoya customers through the sales cycle.
Demonstrate product, scope integrations, and troubleshoot API issues with customer teams.
Configure and troubleshoot OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SSO integrations.
Write and maintain integration guides and runbooks for customers and internal teams.
Travel occasionally to customer sites or events.
