Reserv is seeking a highly organized Rideshare Bodily Injury Adjuster to lead claims involving vehicles on rideshare platforms. You’ll liaise with injured parties, policyholders, attorneys, and medical providers to deliver timely, fair, and compliant resolutions.

You will assess liability, review medicals, negotiate settlements, and work with defense and coverage counsel. A state adjuster license and travel as needed are required, with a remote-first work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; exceptions if other qualifications met.
• Experience with Ride Share (or TNC/Livery) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in rideshare claims adjusting.
• Experience with commercial auto exposures and litigation is a plus.
• Active adjuster license required; DHS acceptable if willing to obtain within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous, high‑quality customer service to policyholders and claimants.
• Manage inventory of litigated and non‑litigated cases.
• Analyze and review auto claims, investigate, evaluate liability and damages, negotiate settlements.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Handle both non‑litigation and litigation auto claims, attend mediations/arbitrations and hearings.
