Reserv is seeking highly organized Commercial Auto Claims Adjusters to support rideshare-focused auto physical damage claims. You will manage claims involving rideshare exposures, interact with drivers and third parties, and ensure empathetic, timely resolutions.

This role blends high-volume claims with top-tier customer service and opportunities to refine claims processes alongside product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in ride share APD claims adjusting is required.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make sound decisions following guidelines.
• Strong customer-service mindset with empathetic communication.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt, courteous, high-quality service to policyholders and claimants via calls and claims filing.
• Gather information to initiate claims and explain policy, coverage, and actions.
• Manage claims inventory, establish reserves, and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and assist with rental reimbursement.
• Identify subrogation, salvage, and total loss opportunities; ensure compliance.
• Negotiate settlements within approved authority; collaborate with clients and counsel.
• Contribute to ongoing claims guidelines and process improvements.
• Engage with outside investigators and travel as needed.
